An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer - Student Hub. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies including education and other administration staff, skilled in the specialty area of clinical placement coordination.

The Administration Officer - Student Hub provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). You will provide effective and efficient administration and customer service for all students within the SCHHS, utilising relevant information technology systems and applications, ensuring that efficient and effective onboarding of placement are maintained whilst demonstrating understanding, empathy and a positive attitude.

The Student Hub has been redesigned to ensure this centralised co-ordination point remains as an important link between Qhealth Student Deeds Office, Education Providers, students, and professional leads of the SCHHS to ensure a successful high-quality outcome for all parties. This includes with our Sunshine Coast Health Institute (SCHI) partners, who are significant contributors to clinical placements in the Sunshine Coast region.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide high quality, confidential administration support and resource point for key stakeholders and students, always maintaining tact and discretion.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence; build co-operative relationships with team members, clients and key stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing student related communication and re- directing where appropriate.
• Management of the Student Hub email account ensuring all emails are actioned and/or referred on appropriately.

Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $97 656 p.a., comprising salary rates: $38.81 - $43.16 p.h, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Fixed Term Temporary Part time position, 30.4 hrs p.f. for six months).
