About the Role
As a Business Applications Support Officer, you will provide essential system administration and operational support for Blue Card Services’ business and ICT applications. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure systems are reliable, efficient, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support business and ICT systems, including software installation and configuration.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and monitor system usage and performance.
• Provide responsive application and desktop support via ServiceNow, email, and in-person requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate and document stakeholder meetings.
• Support the delivery of system enhancements and improvement projects.

Technical Skills & Capabilities
• Identify and report on system anomalies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Use SQL reporting tools to monitor system performance and assist in report development.
• Liaise with ITS and external vendors to ensure service delivery.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and updated systems.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.

Salary & Benefits
• Salary: $89,515 - $98,158 per annum (AO4 classification).
• Superannuation: Up to 12.75% employer contributions.
