This role is the perfect opportunity for a motivated clinician looking for a new challenge or progression in their career, who possess a high level of experience working within the rehabilitation environment. This role provides high level clinical leadership for HP3 therapists, clinical assistants, students and cadets. This includes the provision of clinical supervision and education as well as the identification and implementation of quality improvement activities. You will be working in a supportive and friendly unit where autonomy and innovation are highly valued, and ongoing learning and professional development opportunities are encouraged and supported.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $4912.70 to $5286.40 p.f. (HP4)
- 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading
- Professional Development leave and allowance
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
- The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Speech Therapy/Pathology providing eligibility for practicing membership to Speech Pathology Australia.
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathology Status with Speech Pathology Australia is desirable.
- The successful applicant may be required to participate in the weekend/public holiday on-call roster.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
