What your day will look like….
You'll work closely with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, person-centred nursing care that makes a real difference in people's lives. Your role will involve engaging in care planning, delivering delegated clinical interventions, using sound judgement, and communicating clearly to ensure continuity and quality of care. Alongside supporting patients' journeys, you'll contribute to safety and quality improvement activities, participate in professional development, and help foster a positive team environment where every voice matters and every action supports better outcomes for the people we serve.
