Metro South Health Maintenance Services are looking for a Tradeperson - Painter to join their team Metro South Maintenance Services are the incumbent maintenance provider for Metro South Health Hospitals and Health Service (MSH) Facilities, with the primary objective to manage the corrective and preventative maintenance for all MSH infrastructure and facilities.

About the Role

• Experience and knowledge relating to painting, decorating, plastering and repair techniques and applications used across residential, commercial, industrial and major health care facilities and environments.
• The position will also be required to provide occasional support to Logan Hospital, Redland Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital and Beaudesert Hospital
• Utilise the Financial and Computerised Maintenance Management System to create, amend and complete work orders and to enter times and track and report on works
• Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
