About the role
As a Peer Coach, you will support Client Information Officers in delivering high-quality services to disadvantaged Queenslanders. This includes training and coaching officers to improve their customer service, communication, and legal knowledge, enabling them to provide accurate legal information, referrals, and bookings for further advice. You'll play a key role in fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent service delivery.
About you
The ideal candidate will have call centre or customer service experience, strong knowledge of legal systems, and excellent training and coaching skills. They should demonstrate effective communication, adaptability, resilience, and a professional, client-focused approach. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded.
