We’re excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our Extended Services Unit, to provide a high level of confidential administrative support for Sunshine Coast Health (SCH). This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
• Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
• Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team.

Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $48 828 p.a., comprising salary rates: $38.81 - $43.16 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (temporary part time position available for 12 months, 38 hrs p.f.).
