What your day will look like….
You'll be the first point of contact for consumers wanting to share feedback—listening with care, guiding conversations with empathy, and ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Working alongside clinical teams and leadership, you'll coordinate complaint resolution, provide expert guidance on policy and process, and manage feedback systems to ensure compliance and quality. Your day will also involve supporting staff through education and mentoring, using data and insight to drive improvement, and fostering a culture of respect, transparency, and partnership across the health service.
