About you:
In your new role you will:
- Conduct clinical procedures including client screening, assessment, measurement, observations and treatment and deliver clinical care services to individuals, families and the community/group homes/Emergency Department/Hospital wards and Nursing Homes in accordance with health service policies and standards under direction of Registered Nurse / CNC.
- Develop, deliver and evaluate primary health care programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, ensuring programs are responsive and consistent with community needs, values and beliefs.
- Clarify and educate clients on hospital/clinical community procedures and supporting patients with informed consent processes when required under direction of Registered Nurse.
