The Engineering and Technology Branch is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Officer to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing specialist geotechnical instrumentation services to support the planning, installation, data acquisition, management, and maintenance of instruments used in road transport infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of geotechnical instrumentation systems, which are essential for monitoring and maintaining the safety and performance of road infrastructure.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
• Class C Open Australian Drivers Licence.
• Willingness and availability to undertake fieldwork in both metropolitan and regional areas across Queensland as required.
• Familiarity with TMR's requirements, documents and systems, particularly those related to geotechnical areas.
