Administration Officer (Children's Plus)

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer, in our Women's and Children's Services team. The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative support whilst maintaining open channels of communication with other services within SCH. This position will be required to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide support to child safety within Sunshine Coast Health and other health services.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Act as a point of contact for incoming and outgoing communication in a busy setting.
- Screen calls and re-direct where appropriate, answer routine queries and prioritise calls.
- Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
- Work autonomously, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers in resolution of conflict, meet deadlines, establish work priorities, organise meetings and appointments
Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a., comprising salary between $76 963 - $85 591 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
