About the Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Implement business systems to coordinate and manage high-level regional correspondence and complaints processes.
  • Prepare complex reports, submissions, briefs, internal reviews, legislative appeals and official responses for the Minister, Director-General and regional leaders.
  • Interpret and apply legislation, departmental policy and procedures with confidence.
  • Assess, triage, manage, and quality-assure correspondence, ensuring departmental standards are upheld and stakeholder relationships are managed.
  • Monitor and continuously improve systems and workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Support your colleagues by providing constructive feedback and contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.
