About the Role:

Within this role you will provide outstanding teacher talent recruitment services to state schools, offering expert advice, support and consultancy on complex recruitment matters. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure our state-wide talent pool is managed effectively with a high level of candidate care provided to applicants. Your expertise in recruitment will support our mission of providing a progressive, high performing education system, realising the potential of every student.

As a Teacher Recruitment Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver contemporary teacher recruitment services for a high volume of teacher vacancies, including candidate screening, shortlisting, provision of recommendations to Principals and offers of employment, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience;
  • Work collaboratively with Principals and HR Business Partners to design and implement effective teacher recruitment solutions that align with stakeholder needs;
  • Manage and support a talent pool of quality candidates, providing a high level of candidate care including persuading them to consider more challenging opportunities where appropriate; and
  • Provide guidance and support to Teacher Recruitment team members in relation to teacher recruitment issues.
