Gold Coast Health delivers a broad range of secondary and tertiary health services across more than 20 facilities, including three hospitals and two health precincts.

We are currently recruiting two Deputy General Manager (DGM) roles within the Divisions of Medicine, and Surgical and Critical Care.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager (EGM), the DGM is accountable for the delivery of high quality, cost effective services within budget constraints and provides strong leadership to enable services to respond effectively to challenges whilst providing efficient clinical services and sustained improvements. The role will have delegated responsibility and high levels of autonomy to carry out significant programs of complex work on behalf of the EGM.

This is a role for a strong and collaborative leader with demonstrated senior level operational management success in a complex healthcare environment.
