We want you to join a team dedicated to excellence in providing essential web services and tailored software design and development. Our team's primary objective is to establish and maintain strong business partnerships with departmental clients, enabling the delivery of responsive and high-quality application solutions that meet the evolving needs of our department.

Your responsibilities:
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with high levels of customer service across the department, with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead business requirement analysis and aligning system specifications with departmental strategy and guidelines to deliver business value, using workload management tools to articulate requirements clearly.
• Create and maintain documentation, analyse and clarify requirements, and gather information through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Coordinate work packages with internal teams and external vendors, providing advice on application lifecycle management, including risk and issue identification.
• Documenting requirements and managing work items through their lifecycle using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Performing technical system administration tasks and system reporting.
• Coordinate design of new solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (external provider, internal technical resources and business), identifying solution options and
informing decisions based on assessment of feasibility, risks, cost and benefits.
