The Revenue Department are looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role is to initiate, manage and support the delivery of fee-paying patient services and revenue initiatives within the district through a range of specified activities including information systems management, projects and staff education.

About the Role

• Roster staff, plan and allocate staff workload, delegating appropriately to maximise service sustainability and delivery, role clarity and team engagement.
• Create operational business plans for the area including establishing performance measures and desired outcomes for the area, ensuring alignment with facility operational plans, as appropriate.
• Identify, analyse and escalate critical revenue and private practice issues to Finance Manager and actively participate in the management and resolution of these issues.
• Oversee and process fee upgrades for billing and manage reference files in relevant systems.
