Why RIDO?
RIDO is at the forefront of delivering transformative rail infrastructure across Queensland. As part of our team, you'll be contributing to:
• Major upgrades to rail corridors.
• A legacy project that supports the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and beyond.

What your day-to-day could look like:
• Leading risk management across RIDO's portfolio, including the LGC program.
• Lead the strategic management of insurance across RIDO projects, ensuring a seamless approach from policy coverage to claims resolution and risk analysis.
• Embedding risk frameworks into strategic planning, governance, and decisionmaking.
• Collaborating with project teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Preparing and presenting risk reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships across TMR, Queensland Rail, and other areas to drive continuous improvement.

About you:
You're a confident leader with:
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management within infrastructure, transport or related sectors.
• Expertise in Quantitative Risk Assessment, Schedule Risk Analysis, and ISO31000.
• A proven ability to balance risk rigor with project delivery outcomes.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and a passion for public infrastructure.
