Community and Oral Health Services are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join their team Community and Oral Health deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence. We aim to provide the safest possible care in the patient’s home as an alternative to hospital treatment and to prevent re-admission.

About the Role
- Build relationships with clients, using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand client needs and to deliver a service that meets their needs within relevant policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to improving departmental processes through the identification of new initiatives that enhance the functioning of administrative services.
- Provide administrative relief support by undertaking the designated administrative duties in accordance with unit workplace manuals, policies and procedures.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the unit on a day-to-day basis, including at times working autonomously in the absence of the Admin Facility Supervisor in establishing work priorities and meeting deadlines.
