About the role
In collaboration with the Executive Director of the Heart Lung Stream manage and lead the implementation of Metro North Health Heart Lung Stream operational plan through stakeholder engagement and knowledge of the range of heart lung clinical services delivered across Metro North.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Responsible for providing expert advice and leadership in the development and delivery of clinical services within the heart lung services for the Metro North HHS.
- Ensure that services within the Heart Lung Stream are delivered across Metro North HHS in a co-ordinated, comprehensive framework that reflects best practice.
- Collaborates in setting, implementing and reporting on the strategic direction, policies and models of care and priorities for quality improvement in the provision and reform of clinical services within the Heart Lung Stream across Metro North HHS.
