The Operations Managers, DFV Court Program (North and South), collaboratively lead the team of DFV Court Coordinators supporting the specialist DFV courts justice response.
The Operations Manager, DFV Court Program (North) also manages and supports the Courts and Tribunals (CAT) role in High Risk Teams (HR T s) and the specialist
DFV approach in courts and leads the strategic direction of specialist DFV courts across Queensland.
The Operations Manager, DFV Court Program (South) also manages the projects for the delivery of Recommendations 50 and 74 of the Women's Safety Justice Taskforce.

- Lead the DFV Court Program team ensuring the appropriate management of financial and human resource responsibilities, performance management and professional development of staff.
- Provide professional, operational advice to senior management on best practice relating to DFV court justice response and the delivery of business improvements to maximise the effective use of resources and positive outcomes for court users, including the implementation of new services and/or delivery sites.
- Provide innovative leadership, guidance, and advice to team members through mentoring, coaching, training, and feedback processes.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen effective relationships with DFV stakeholders including the judiciary and other government and non-government organisations to ensure the success of the specialist DFV courts, expansion of the specialist DFV court justice response and DFV projects.
- Support procurement and contract management processes to achieve program outcomes.
- Manage the collation and investigation of data sources to monitor and analyse emerging issues and trends in relation to DFV to inform the development and continuous improvement of the DFV specialist court approach.
- Prepare and quality assure a range of strategic and operational documents as required including briefing papers, reports, submissions, and responses to consultation requests.
- Represent CAT in inter-departmental and inter-agency meetings focused on DFV and undertake other duties as directed by the Director, Domestic and Family Violence Court Program.
