Monitoring and reporting on the implementation progress of the Commission's recommendations will be critical to ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Your role involves preparing well-researched, clear, and credible briefings, reports, submissions, and correspondence tailored for senior executives and governance stakeholders. You will lead the coordination of project initiatives, working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and drive positive change.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining robust monitoring and reporting frameworks aligned with governance requirements.
  • Researching and synthesising complex information to develop comprehensive papers and briefing documents.
  • Supporting FSQ leadership, including the Executive Advisor, Deputy Directors, and Director, by providing high-level project advice and assistance.
  • Fostering a positive, safe, and innovative workplace culture in accordance with government human resource policies and practices.

You should be politically astute, able to synthesise diverse information to provide considered advice in complex and sensitive environments. Experience leading change management initiatives and supporting business transformation is essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities within constrained timeframes.

Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and facilitation skills are important, as is your ability to build constructive working relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
