Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Providing end-to-end support on recruitment processes, including advice to managers on appropriate recruitment strategies that are in accordance with recruitment and selection procedures and directives.
• Maintaining up to date and accurate records of HR reporting tools, such as recruitment and end-date trackers, organisational charts, and other recordkeeping requirements.
• Applying a strong teamwork and collaborative approach, providing efficient, effective, timely and accurate HR support to the HR team to assist in the delivery of HR management activities.
• Understanding HR related procedures, directives and governance processes to provide general human resource advice, options and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiently use HR data and online systems, such as SAP GUI, to provide advice and guidance to customer enquiries, and/or progress payroll, advertising or other requests.
Requirements of the role
• Sound understanding, knowledge and application of HR practices as they relate to the role responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of internal and external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to provide timely information and sound judgement about when to escalate issues.
