About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide specialised project initiation, management, implementation and evaluation skills and services for the Metro North Kidney Health Service (KHS).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting administration practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
- Develop/prepare, maintain and disseminate high quality project plans, submissions, briefs, reports, and high-level written correspondence and associated project documentation throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Lead the end-to end planning, implementation, execution, closure and evaluation of projects related to Kidney Health service improvements, innovations, and clinical service redesign.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively within the multidisciplinary project team, as well as with external stakeholders and service providers, within a complex and changing organisational environment to design and implement innovative renal care models, to achieve project deliverables and ensure project capability is maintained.
- Strategically assist the KHS in building and formalising key relationships between potential partners and stakeholders.
- Apply strong knowledge and skills in leadership, communication, change and project management, and model of care development, implementation and evaluation.
