Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) provides inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community Alcohol and Drug Services for all age groups across a number of campuses. About the Role 

• Responsible for clinical leadership for Addiction services through the application of advanced clinical knowledge, skills and competency according to contemporary practice and standards of care.
• Accountable for delivery of contemporary nursing practice, patient outcomes and the achievement of associated service performance targets/indicators within the Addictions
• Responsible for the content expertise for Addictions specialty to provide the highest standards of safe quality care and clinical nursing practice to meet the requirements for person centred care.
• Ensure the practice of self and others is in accordance with any relevant Code of Ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting clinical practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position
