An AO5 Senior Administered Revenue Officer – Level 1 vacancy is available in the Finance Division of the Queensland Revenue Office. This role will be based in the Brisbane CBD.
In this role you will assist with leading multiple teams responsible for the processing and monitoring of high volumes of financial transactions within QRO’s systems.

Your typical day as a Senior Administered Revenue Officer – Level 1 may include:
• Analysing and interpreting large volumes of financial data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Producing financial reporting and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing coaching, guidance, support and timely feedback to the team members undertaking receipting, allocating payments, disbursements and reconciliations.
• Monitoring and managing the team activities to ensure objectives and deadlines are met while adhering to the internal controls.
• Working both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
• Client accounting and general ledger experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office products such as Excel.
• Knowledge of, and applied experience in analysing and interpreting financial data.
