Your Opportunity
As the Facilities Supervisor you will support the Business Manager with all aspects of facilities management including cleaning services, building infrastructure, telecommunications, furniture and assets.
The Facilities Supervisor reports to the Business Manager, Principal or nominated delegate.
Your Responsibilities
As the Facilities Supervisor, your opportunities and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate contractors and manage minor works
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and school policies
- Support school events and operational logistics
- Conduct regular site inspections and respond to facilities requests

- Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills
- Has experience in facilities, maintenance, or site coordination (or possesses transferable skills)
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is solutions-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Shows a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
