- Salary range: $4912.70 to $5516.60 p.f. (HP4/Nurse Grade 7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
The Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS) is a team within the broader Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS). CFOS provides high level clinical risk assessment and therapy services for the management of mental health consumers who have committed, are alleged to have committed or are at risk of committing an offence.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- NG7: Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory. Enter other requirements, e.g., Drivers Licence or desirable quals etc.
- HP4: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
- All employees of the MHSG may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
- Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
