About the role
In the heart of Queensland Public Trustee's (QPT) Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) portfolio lies a dedication to empowering Queenslanders through trusted financial services. As the Principal Public Trust Officer within our Customer Support team (CST), you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of essential financial management support and play a vital role in providing comprehensive assistance to QPT clients navigating crucial life events.
The CST team serves as the primary point of contact for financial management customers, their support networks, and service providers. You'll oversee various administration and support functions associated with financial administration, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will extend to mentoring and supervising team members, providing expert advice to customers and staff, and driving the achievement of goals and objectives.
