Key Responsibilities:
- Organise all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.
- Provide financial administrative support to the business unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable and systems application (SAP/R3).
How you will be assessed:
- Ability to deliver high quality administrative support, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
- Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records management.
- Experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg. MS Office, electronic mail).
Specific Working Conditions:
- It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16):
- measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
- varicella (chicken pox)
- pertussis (whooping cough)
- hepatitis B
- An open ‘C' class driver's licence is desirable.
