Your new Role:
Central Clinical Equipment Services provides clean, safe, and easy-to-use equipment to support all clinical areas at Logan Hospital. They focus on high customer service and collaboration with clinicians. Their mission is to maintain all equipment to meet safety and infection control standards.
About You:
You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player with the ability to:
- Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- Build relationships, with strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
The Process:
