What you'll do
The role will be assigned to the central team and work collaboratively with Business Implementation Team (BIT) members and local Subject Matter Experts to successfully promote high level stakeholder engagement and learning support for end users.

About you
We are searching for someone who has:

  • Strong background in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training deliverables.
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed learner assessments in alignment with IWFM curriculum and course content.
  • Experience in conducting and documenting Training Needs Analysis, learning outcomes/knowledge transfer assessment, scheduling of training courses and completion of training registers.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record working with minimal supervision including the ability to plan and meet priorities, accountabilities, performance indicators and deadlines.
