What your day will look like….
Your role will be dynamic and purposeful—combining advanced clinical practice, team leadership, and strategic coordination. You'll guide care planning and delivery, provide mentorship to nursing teams, and work closely with multidisciplinary partners to drive culturally safe, high-quality healthcare outcomes. You'll engage directly with community members and staff, contribute to policy and service improvement, and use your clinical expertise to lead initiatives that promote health equity, safety, and innovation. Whether you're collaborating on complex care plans, leading quality improvement projects, or coaching the next generation of nurses, your impact will be felt across the service and community.
