As our Director, FAST Partnerships and Governance, you will lead a small team to:
• Lead the development, implementation and review of:
o the development, implementation & review of formal governance arrangements the Fire Ant Suppression Taskforce (FAST).
o an end-to-end operational planning framework, including the development & delivery of annual workplans, reporting requirements & outcome focused key performance indicators.
o establishment of processes to assure the identification, capture & storage of data to enable the measurement of & reporting against key performance indicators.
o reporting against Cabinet Budget Review Submissions according to State Government requirements.
o policy frameworks to enable the FAST deliverables.

As our Director, FAST Partnerships and Governance, you will lead a small team to:
• Lead the development, implementation and review of:
o The development, implementation and review of formal governance arrangements the Fire Ant Suppression Taskforce (FAST).
o An end-to-end operational planning framework, including the development and delivery of annual workplans, reporting requirements and outcome focussed key performance indicators.
o Establishment of processes to assure the identification, capture and storage of data to enable the measurement of and reporting against key performance indicators.
o Reporting against Cabinet Budget Review Submissions according to State Government requirements.
o Policy frameworks to enable the FAST deliverables.
o Engagement with all stakeholders in the suppression area, including government partners, the agricultural sector and the wider community to assure the success of fire ant self-management projects.
o Logistics processes and procedures to support the FAST to deliver activities across all sub-projects.
o Structures and capabilities that enable agile problem solving and reporting to executive managers and minimise impacts on team deliverables.
• Provide oversight of the financial management of the FAST.
• Coordinate the agenda content and secretariat support for quarterly government partner Taskforce meetings.
• Quickly analyse and interpret complex and sensitive information to anticipate, identify and manage risks and issues and mitigate or escalate as required.
You may also have:
• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Degree, Diploma, Associate Diploma) or equivalent in a field relevant to the role from a recognised tertiary institution.
• An understanding of biosecurity response activities and/or experience in applying your capabilities in a response environment will be highly regarded.
