Your new Role:
As Team Leader for the Logan Addiction Services MAPS team and Addictions Intake Hub, you'll take on a pivotal position providing both operational management and strategic leadership.
You'll oversee a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, ensuring the delivery of safe, consumer-focused care and efficient coordination of clinical practice. This senior-level role carries responsibility for managing resources, guiding professional development, and upholding financial accountability across the Logan/Beaudesert Division.
You will shape and support a high-performing team committed to compassionate addiction care and service excellence.
About You:
You are an experienced Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Pharmacist, ready to step into a team leadership role with confidence and purpose.
You bring advanced clinical expertise in delivering high-quality, patient-centred addiction services, backed by strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in multidisciplinary environments and demonstrate a passion for engaging consumers through innovative models of care.
You have proven capability in managing workloads, rostering and staff supervision, ensuring performance and reporting standards are met. Your leadership supports safe, sustainable service outcomes and encourages professional growth.
Strategic and solutions-focused, you actively lead service improvement and research initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand and enhance addiction services across the region.
