About your role:
- Independently deliver high level physiotherapy clinical services to CHSP clients (including assessment, diagnosis and treatment interventions), in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, utilising a “Wellness and Enablement Approach” including the provision of in-home restorative care/therapy, falls prevention, exercise programs and preventative strategies.
- Work independently and autonomously utilising high level problem solving skills to manage a complex and varied clinical caseload, applying evidence-based practice and clinical judgement with minimal clinical practice supervision but recognising and seeking clinical advice and supervision as required.
- Deliver an efficient and effective physiotherapy service for CHSP, through independent daily operational management, service prioritisation, demand management, administration processes and resource management.
- Work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team to contribute to optimal service provision and outcomes including assisting with delegated administrative and management responsibilities.
- Develop and enhance professional partnerships, including applying cultural competencies to effectively partner with clients and caregivers from First Nations and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds.
