About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to support innovation and excellence in patient outcomes through the provision of analytics related to patient safety and quality.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Develop and implement effective measurement and monitoring of clinical data for patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across Metro North Health.
- Provide analysis and reporting, including potential future risks, against clinical safety and quality improvement key performance indicators and targets.
- Work with MNCG cross-functional teams to identify and report on progress to address gaps in clinical outcomes reporting, including gaps in reporting against the National Safety Quality Healthcare Service (NSQHS) Standards.
- Develop in collaboration with key stakeholders, clinical indicator suites, which include qualitative and quantitative measures, for reporting in balanced framework indicator dashboards.
- Develop clinically and organisationally informative benchmarked reports, using state, national and international peer services in a manner that contributes to clinical outcome focused reporting and improvement.
