As a member of the Digital Inclusion, you will work closely with your people leader and colleagues to undertake a range of tasks to assist the branch in being responsive to stakeholder needs.

A key focus of this role is the provision of administration support that will contribute to Digital Inclusion Branch outcomes.

The key responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Supporting the delivery of Digital Inclusion Program activities as requested by your people leader
  • Undertaking assigned administrative tasks to support your team in the day-to-day functions of the Digital Inclusion Branch.
  • Undertaking tasks relating to finance administration including orders and payments and maintaining up-to-date records of financial transactions, following State Library corporate procedures and processes.
  • Undertaking records management tasks including formatting documents following State Library's style guide, and tracking documents including submissions and correspondence, utilising State Library records management system
  • Completing and disseminating forms relating to human resources, finance and travel.
  • Contributing to a positive and safe work environment by modelling conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.
