About the role
Permanent full time or part time opportunity to undertake the efficient and effective delivery of patient record support services for clients of The Prince Charles Hospital.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide quality patient record services to customers and resolve complex internal and external specific customer problems in an effective and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidentiality whilst accessing secure storage areas of the hospital to retrieve and deliver patient medical records to wards, clinics and other hospital departments.
- Manage all aspects of a Scanned Medical Record System including the use of KOFAX, ieMR PowerChart and other relevant databases and software
- Prioritise, receipt and track patient medical records electronically for Kallangur Satellite hospital.
- Perform general duties related to the maintenance and care of patient medical records and the systems used to scan these files.
