Your opportunity:
- The Staff Specialist – Paediatrician is responsible for providing expert, high-quality paediatric medical care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The role supports the delivery of safe, person-centred, and evidence-based care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- In addition to direct clinical responsibilities, the Staff Specialist contributes to service improvement, clinical governance, research, and the supervision, mentoring, and education of junior medical staff and other health professionals. The position plays a key role in the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for young patients and their families.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $105,617 p.a., comprising salary rates $87.25 - $127.77 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (L13-L27) (Permanent Part Time, 16 hrs p.f.).
