○ Investigating work-related fatalities and serious injuries.
○ Educating workplaces on ways to comply with legislation.
○ Taking legal action when work health and safety laws are broken.
○ Educating employees and employers on their legal obligations

As the Client Services Officer you will work within the Psychological Health Unit to provide operational support to the Managers, contribute to the documentation and tracking of records through accurate data entry, and liaise with internal and external providers to ensure the continued running of the business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the Business team with data entry of complaints;
  • Provide advice to internal and external clients in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Ensure a high standard of data entry for all work carried out;
  • Contribute positively within a team environment;
  • Complete administrative duties related to evidence gathered as part of psychosocial investigations;
  • Manage the business team's shared mailboxes;
  • Compile and provide reporting on monthly team statistics;
  • Complete additional tasks allocated by the Lead Advisor Psychosocial Advisory Team and Operations Manager, Psychosocial Response Unit.
  • Implement records capture, management, storage and retrieval protocols and processes to specified quality guidelines;
  • Relieve in additional Client Service Officer roles as required.
