You are invited to join a dynamic team with Environmental Health Services, Medical Services as Environmental Health Technician - WaSH. In this role you will This position is required to travel extensively across multiple health service districts to remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to deliver and support the Environmental Health - Water and Sanitation, Hygiene (WaSH) program to protect, promote and prevent risks to the community arising from drinking water supplies.

About your role:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in remote settings to deliver routine environmental health WaSH program services with a strong focus on drinking water supply scheme management and operations to protect public health.
- Ability to acquire expertise, skills and knowledge, commensurate with the level of experience, to undertake routine environmental health services, assist in incident response, implement projects and research, under the supervision and professional guidance of an environmental health officer.
- Deliver routine non-regulatory environmental health services under general clinical practice supervision of an environmental health officer.
