We are seeking an experienced Manager Service and Integration to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This role manages the Service and Integration team within the Digital Business Centre division.
This position is a full-time, two-year fixed-term temporary role and is located in Brisbane CBD, with the opportunity to work remotely up to 60% of the time.

This role will work with a dynamic team of professionals responsible for the IT service management and ICT operations. In addition to the day-to-day operational management of the Service and Integration team, the successful applicant will also play a key role in several major transformation programs currently underway under the RTA's Digital Strategy.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Track record of achievement in complex organisational and technological environments (where change is the norm)
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, infrastructure, cloud services including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
- Capability in leading the design, review and implementation of policies, standards, procedures and associated documentation
- The ability to develop and foster effective relationships with a broad range of people at various levels, both within and outside the organisation
- A record of accountability for the development, monitoring and management of ICT operational budgets
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure both autonomously and within a high-functioning team.
