Are you passionate about human resources, case management, and ready to make a meaningful impact? As a Senior HR Advisor within Queensland Treasury's People and Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex employee relations matters while partnering with executives and managers to deliver expert HR services and advice.

Your expertise in case management will help enhance workforce capability, resolve workplace issues effectively, and support business objectives. This is your chance to work in a collaborative and supportive team that values diversity, professional growth and work-life balance.

In this role, you will:
• Provide expert advice and coaching across the employment lifecycle, including:
 o Employment conditions, HR policy, and procedures.
 o Performance and conduct management.
 o Rehabilitation and return-to-work cases.
 o Organisational change and recruitment.
• Manage complex employment relations matters, including interpreting and applying public sector legislation, directives, and policies.
• Research, prepare and present written and verbal briefings on a range of HR matters.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with business leaders to assist with identifying emerging matters and implement early intervention.
• Lead or contribute to workforce projects and support the delivery of Treasury's Strategic Workforce Plan.

What experience you will bring:
• Complex end to end case management experience with the ability to identify risks and provide trusted HR advice.
• A background in human resources management, working across a range of workforce matters.
• Experience in interpreting, analysing and applying employment related legislation, policy and frameworks.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to confidently brief on complex HR matters.
• The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, collaborating effectively across all levels at Treasury.

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however, relevant qualifications to accompany demonstrated experience will be highly regarded.
