Your opportunity:
As a Project Officer in the Portfolio Coordination Office, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Games Infrastructure (Venues and Villages) division.
This division coordinates infrastructure programs for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring outcomes that benefit all Queenslanders.

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with the team to support portfolio coordination and reporting for Games Infrastructure delivery.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of portfolio controls, systems and frameworks aligned with the 2032 Delivery Plan.
• Assist in coordinating governance, stakeholder engagement, and project alignment across government and Games delivery partners.
• Prepare clear and timely submissions, strategic advice, and reports for government, including investment proposals and capital appropriations.
• Provide project administration and support functions such as procurement, budget management, risk oversight and scheduling.
• Build and maintain effective networks with internal and external stakeholders, including across three tiers of government, industry, and community organisations.
• Represent the division at meetings, forums, and events as required.
