Your opportunity
As a Senior Project Officer in the Portfolio Coordination Office, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Games Infrastructure (Venues and Villages) division.
This division is responsible for coordinating infrastructure programs for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring outcomes that benefit all Queenslanders.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Support portfolio management coordination and reporting for the Games Infrastructure delivery program.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of portfolio controls, systems, and frameworks to ensure quality outcomes aligned with the 2032 Delivery Plan.
• Collaborate across government, Games delivery partners, and Brisbane 2032 to align governance, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomes.
• Prepare strategic advice, submissions, and reports for government, including investment proposals and capital appropriations.
• Provide business support functions such as procurement, budget management, risk oversight, and program scheduling.
• Build and maintain effective networks with senior stakeholders across three tiers of government, industry, and community organisations.
• Represent the division at departmental, interdepartmental, and interagency meetings and events.
