About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide an efficient and effective client focused administrative service to the multidisciplinary team and patients who utilise the services of the Caboolture and King Street Community Health Centres. The Administration Officer role will be expected to become multi-skilled in a variety of administrative tasks and roles in support of the business requirements of the Caboolture Community Health Centre.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Queensland Health (QH) computerised information systems.
  • Ability to work within the Administration Team to successfully facilitate, promote and adapt to change to ensure continuous improvement in processes providing quality care to patients.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork within a multi-disciplinary team by proactively contributing ideas, problem solving and collectively working towards solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance with the Queensland Health Code of Conduct, Human Resource Management policies and procedures including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination policies and procedures
