What you will do

In this role, you will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning and knowledge management solutions that empower Payroll Transactional Services (PTS) staff to perform their roles accurately, efficiently, and confidently. You will create engaging training materials using contemporary tools and systems.

You will deliver training to a diverse range of learners, using adult learning principles and a variety of delivery methods to ensure that staff can effectively understand and apply new knowledge and skills.

You will also work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, provide feedback on performance, and support continual improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

About you

We are searching for someone who:

  • Experience creating and delivering effective, engaging training using different methods.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to work well with a range of people.

  • Team player, open to feedback, and focused on making practical, useful learning resources.

  • Able to plan and deliver training projects and clearly explain changes.
