Reporting to the Director of the Digital Capability Project and leading a team of three, this position provides strategic leadership in the development and execution of procurement-related data analysis and insights.
What you'll do
- Lead the identification, definition and collation of procurement-related data requirements, leveraging enterprise systems including S/4HANA, DSS, and Celonis.
- Partner with other data teams, including Data Enhancements (within Supply Chain Branch), Celonis Team (within Finance Branch), and Advisory & Continuous Improvement (within System Procurement branch), to obtain data and develop insights to ensure integrated evidence-based decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and suppliers) to ensure the value and utility of data and insights is integrated into day-to-day operations.
- Lead the management of System Procurement Branch initiatives and related data cleansing activities to ensure its accuracy and completeness for program use, ensuring that any limitations with this data are documented.
- Develop the Procurement Transformation program's data taxonomy and structure discrete data packages against it so that the program can repeat analyses based on the data.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Relevant experience in using contemporary analytical and data visualisation tools and practices (e.g., Celonis, PowerBI and Python), and enterprise resources planning tools such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic-level analysis and the visualisation of health service- related data sets and metrics in a complex service delivery organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a data management and/or business intelligence team in the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions in a complex service delivery
- High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with a proven ability to influence change and develop effective working and strategic relationships with a wide variety of internal and external
