The Homeless Health Outreach Team (HHOT) provides comprehensive assessments, care coordination and clinical interventions for homeless persons in the community who are experiencing mental illness.

Attractive remuneration:

  • Salary range: $107,960 to $115,604 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6 – Band 1)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

Participate as a member of the Mental Health team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, intervention or group work as required within a multidisciplinary framework. 

Requirements:

  • Qualification, AHPRA registration, and current practising certificate.
  • Highly desirable:
    • AMHP status, or eligibility for same, under Mental Health Act 2016.
    • Credentialed status (or willingness to complete the requirements) with the ACMHN.
  • Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
