Are you ready to make a real impact in a role that blends purpose, people, and progress? Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is looking for a passionate and driven Adviser, Talent Acquisition to help shape the future of our workforce.
About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) plays a vital role in recruiting for Custodial Operations, Community Corrections, and Specialist Operations roles across Queensland. In addition to managing recruitment processes, TAG oversees Criminal History Checks and ID Card issuance.
As an Adviser, Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Serve as a key expert in candidate management and recruitment best practices, attracting top talent for QCS operational roles.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including application reviews, candidate assessments, and facilitating recruitment and selection activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver training, provide guidance to staff, and support the development of recruitment policies aligned with QCS's strategic goals.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, maintaining accurate, secure, and up-to-date records with the highest standards of integrity.
